You have 14 business days to return a product that you have purchased in the online store, counting from the date you received it. We cannot make changes. If you need to change the size, color or model, you must purchase the product you want again and make a return of the item you don’t want. We will reimburse you as soon as possible.

To make a return you must contact us previously by email at, with the following information:

  1. Your name and last name.
  2. The number of the order where the item to be returned is included.
  3. A brief description of the item(s) you want to return and the reason why.

After receiving your email we will validate your request and we will give you all the instructions for the return.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization or that are not correctly identified (according to the instructions that we have just describe). To proceed with the return you must follow this requirements:

- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.

- A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package and the return form (attached to the order), with the references and the reason for return.

Once we receive your return, after examining the item(s), we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Only the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, never the cost of shipping, packaging...

The return will be made as soon as possible within a period of 30 days from the date you sent us your email. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase.

If we detect an abuse of returns, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned. Neither can personalized items be returned.

This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
