1- General Policy
You have 14 working days to return a product you have purchased from the online store, counting from the date you received it.
To make the return, you must contact us in advance by email at ventas@anvito.com with the following information:
- Your name and surname
- The order number
- A brief description of the items you want to return and the reason
After receiving your email, we will validate your request and provide you with all the return instructions.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization or if they are not properly identified (according to the instructions provided when requesting the return).
To proceed with the return, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made in a protective box to ensure that the product arrives with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note and the return form (attached to the order), with the references and the reason for the return, must be included inside the package.
Once we receive your return, after examining the items, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Only the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, not the shipping, packaging, etc.
The refund will be made as soon as possible within 30 days from the date you sent us your email. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase.
If we detect an abuse of returns, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We will not proceed with the exchange or return of products that are not in the same condition in which they were sent, or that have been used beyond merely opening the product. Personalized items cannot be returned either.
This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
2- Returns of Defective Products
In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product you received is defective, you should contact us immediately via our email ventas@anvito.com, providing the product details, photographs, and a brief description of the damage it suffers.
Once we receive the returned goods, after examining the items, we will notify you by email if you are entitled to a refund (or replacement) of the items.
The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that we will proceed with the return or replacement of the non-compliant item.
In the event that the product(s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a defect or fault, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded to you, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred to return it to us.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transport, reimbursement, and gift wrapping costs will not be refunded in case of partial return.
The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase.
