Outside the EU

Return period

You have 14 business days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

How to request a return

Write to us at ventas@anvito.com indicating:

• Full name
• Order number
• Item or items to return and reason

Return conditions

• Items must be in perfect condition, unused
• Original tags and packaging must be kept
• Items must be properly protected for shipping
• Include the delivery note and return form

Refund

• Only the product amount will be refunded
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method
• Maximum processing time: 30 days
